SQL Express 2005 and 2008 on the Same Machine

I work with SQL Express 2005 and 2008 on the same Machine XPP- SP3.
The following guidelines will help avoid the installation problems.
1.0 The instance name has to be changed. Like SQLexpress2005 in one.
2.0 The Management toolset and issues with SQL Express 2008-
I am working on these issues. Any pointers will be appreciated.
