MS SQL Server Express, SQL Server Management Studio and Related Information

So I have started with my favoutire cup of Tea/cofee and exploring the Sql Express and Sql express mangement Stuio and related issues. I find I do not have enough information on multiple fronts.

1.0 How Do I integrate Enterprise Architecture of Sparx System to Acee Database and or SQl Express 2005/2008

2.0 Can Sql Express 2005/2008 coexist on the Same Development Mchine.

3.0 What about the Object Relational Model and Visio Stuff.

4.0 I see Multiple services running on my Development amchines and Windows 2008 Servers. Can shut them when I do not need them. How Do I know which services are for which programs and What Do I need to start manually and or auto.
5.0 I have picked up a couple of books for these:
Sql Express 2005 for Developers- Apress. Dewson
Database and Transaction processinf- Keifer

6.0 I think I will lokaround in MSDN/Codeproject/Eggheadcafe Websites.

7.0 what is the best way to design and test the Database in Design phase/Visio/EA-7/Access 2003/2007/Sql Express Management Studio/Visual Studio 2008 Professional.
